15 laps: 4.67L/1.23gal per lap [2.93 mpg]
16 laps: 4.38L/1.15gal per lap [3.13 mpg]
Normal fuel burn: 4.60L/1.22gal per lap.
Front tyre degredation will be high but should offset by the lower weight once the initial fuel has burned off. Drivers are advised to still look after their tyres as much as possible to maintain optimal perfomance. Experiment in practice with track limits which curbs you can/cannot attack, observing which ones unsettle the car and which ones gain time. The curbs in the Degner Curves (turns 8 and 9) as well as the final chicane (turns 16 and 17) can particularly be attacked aggressively on entry, but not exit. Overtaking at Suzuka is difficult and as such its advised to save push-to-pass until the exit of the final corner (onto the start/finish straight) as the run to turn 1 is the best opportunity to pass. Drivers ahead pushing wide out of Spoon Curve (turn 14) can also be taken advantage if close enough.
