Crew Chief Notes |
"This car has the old tire model so cold tires are fast tires. After about 5 laps the tires will be up to temperature and the lap times will be much slower and the car will be slippery, especially on exit. You can start backing down the ARBs at this point to compensate, as well as dialing the brake bias forward. The key is to just be smooth and not overdrive the car and be easy on the throttle coming out of corners, that is where the performance falls off the most.
The car is very rake-sensitive so if its still too loose for you you can take a click or two of ride height from the rear, that will help a bit, or an extra click of rear toe. Or even one click down on the rear springs."
