"It's almost a full lift of the throttle for T1. It's really important to get all the way down to the apex of T1-T2, missing it by a tire width will cost you quite a bit of time. T3-T4 is easy full throttle just be careful later in the run as the RR tire gets hot. If it's looping on you in T3-T4 you can lower the RR ride height or lower the RR tire pressure. Whatever you need to do to keep the RR under ~280F. Not running much downforce this week because of the relatively long straightaways, and T3-T4 is full throttle already. If you are getting lots of aero wash and understeer in traffic though you can add some more front wing to be more maneuverable in traffic. Front wing adjustments are bigger than rear wing adjustments though. Every click of front wing needs 2-3 clicks of rear wing to be equivalent."
