Turn 1 it's important to have a late apex and not get on the throttle too soon. In turn 3 the same thing applies. Keep some throttle in but use a considerable lift when you go into turn 4 or the rear will get loose. Use first or second in turn 5, depending on how tight of an apex you use. Focus on your exit for turn 9. You can use a lot of kerb. Into turn 10/11 it's okay to give up some time to focus on the exit. Stay in second gear for the exit of turn 12 to get enough rotation. Don't push too hard into turn 15 or you will lose time by going wide and having to lift on exit.
